Job Description
The Assistant General Manager - Nightlife & Daylife Las Vegas is responsible for overseeing the venue, staff, fiscal management, reporting, sales goals, and inter-office communications. The role assists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel, as well as developing and motivating staff to attain proper standards of performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience in entertainment industry working in a high-volume nightclub
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+ years of age
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards
