Requirements

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests
• Handle allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and communicate with co-workers
• Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and company standards
• Report breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately
• Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
• Learn by listening, observing, and sharing knowledge
• Demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners
