Model Cocktail Server - Hakkasan Nightclub Las Vegas

Prepares and serves all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a high-volume environment. Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests’ bar/dining experience in an expeditious and professional manner. Interacts with the bar guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary experience.

• Required to solicit any allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest during food service (where applicable)
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all food/beverage menus and general information about our venues
• Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions for all beverage, and where applicable, food and amenity items
• Ensure proper delivery and presentation of all food, beverage, and amenity items
• Complies with Department of Health standards
• Complies with all Tao Group Hospitality safety codes and standards
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures
• Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and responsible service/alcohol awareness training standards
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
