Payroll Processor - Corporate Las Vegas

The Payroll Processor will interact with venue management to ensure accurate payroll data, work with HR and Accounting teams to improve service and efficiency, and resolve payroll discrepancies. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Assist in the processing of all payroll entries within Oracle
• Audit electronic Timecards to ensure all hours are submitted and processed within the correct pay period
• Input payroll related adjustments and updates into Oracle, such as pro-rations, retroactive payments, stop payments, off cycle payments, etc.
• Work with HR/Payroll team on importing related data into payroll software and provide quality control to HR processed database changes
• Conduct both pre and post audits of the payroll input file and corrects any errors prior to file upload
