Taoglas is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to build and scale a high-impact inside sales function that supports global OEM, distribution, and vertical market growth.
Requirements
- Build, lead, and scale the Inside Sales team to support global growth objectives
- Own inside sales execution across inbound leads, distributor-supported accounts, and mid- to long-tail OEM customers
- Drive consistent qualification, follow-up, and conversion of opportunities in partnership with field sales
- Establish clear KPIs around pipeline creation, opportunity velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
- Implement and continuously improve inside sales processes, tools, and workflows
- Leverage CRM, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve prioritization, productivity, and customer coverage
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure strong lead handoff, feedback loops, and GTM alignment
- Partner with Distribution to improve responsiveness and execution across shared customers
- Coach and develop team members to improve commercial effectiveness and technical confidence
