Technical/Functional Server Expert

TAP Engineering is seeking a Technical/Functional Expert – Server to provide senior-level Infrastructure Server and Sustainment support in High Performance Computing (HPC) and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong design capabilities, and experience supporting complex, highly available environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise and HPC server environments
• Deep expertise with Linux, Unix, Solaris, and Windows operating systems
• Experience with SAN and direct-attached storage solutions
• Strong background in system architecture and infrastructure design
• Experience supporting virtualization and container technologies
• Experience integrating new technologies into production environments
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning skills
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Ability to support mission-critical systems in a 24/7 operational environment
• Ability to collaborate with Government and contractor stakeholders
