Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
