Job Description
Taptap Send is seeking a Head of East Africa to develop and scale their supply side partnerships in East Africa and grow their user base. The role involves customer acquisition and retention strategy, product quality, team development, and building strong relationships with diaspora communities and commercial partners. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader with a data-driven mindset and a passion for building and scaling a fast-paced tech startup.
Requirements
- Preference for Nairobi, Dubai or London base
- 7 to 15 years experience in a fast paced and high growth-environment such as startups, operations, consulting, finance, or similar
- 3 years experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
