Job Description
The HR Reporting & Budgeting Analyst will execute daily HR transactions, develop effective working relationships with other HR Partners, and provide reporting and analytics to support key HR metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Spreadsheet / Excel, data manipulation, and analytical skills
- Ability to priorities and control workload
- Excellent diplomatic and team work skills
- Excellent computer skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree in business administration, Human Resources Management
- 3-4 years of Data analysis, business intelligence and/or reporting experience
- Very Good command of English Language (Witten & Spoken)
