Parc Bay Apartments seeks a Part-Time bilingual Leasing Agent to market and lease apartments to prospective residents and provide resident services.
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management leasing required.
- Onesite, BlueMoon software knowledge required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish highly preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Highly proficient in social media platforms for marketing, outreach, and engagement
