Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property. Key responsibilities include completing daily work orders, turning vacant units, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to after-hours emergency calls.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of property maintenance or related experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting and completing basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work both indoors and outdoors
