Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property management (multifamily preferred)
- Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, vendor relations, and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital
- Natural time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in tools like RealPage, Knock, or similar platforms
