4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1112)

The Inbound Expert creates an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and executing a detailed and efficient sorting operation. They also stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor. The role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
