4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1540)

The Inbound Expert role involves executing a detailed and accurate sorting operation, stocking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining product availability on the salesfloor. This role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members, and the ability to work independently and with a team. The role also involves using technology equipment such as handheld scanners and providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
