Job Description
Starting as an Inbound Expert, you'll create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience. As an Inbound Expert, you'll also be responsible for executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stocking, organizing, and storing reserve product and straightening merchandise on sales floor.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
