Job Description
The Cake Decorator role is a fast-paced and physically demanding position that involves creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. The role requires artistic skills to design and execute customized desserts, as well as the ability to communicate with guests and team members. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and helpful attitude, be able to work independently and with a team, and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous cake decorating experience preferred, but not required
- Artistic skills to design and execute customized desserts
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
