Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive sales growth, improve guest experience, and maintain a safe and efficient operation. You will be the subject matter expert in federal, state, and local adult beverage laws and will be responsible for protecting the store's liquor license. The role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for the food and beverage business.
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
