Food & Beverage Team Leader

The Food & Beverage Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, ensuring guest experience commitments, and delivering sales goals. The role involves planning daily/weekly workload, training team members, and maintaining a fresh, full, and food-safe area.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
