Fulfillment Operations Team Leader

The Fulfillment Operations Team Leader role at Target is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, managing daily/weekly workload, and delivering guest experience commitments. The role requires skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent. As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader, you will create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience and lead your team to deliver sales goals and drive results that deliver outcomes and elevate the guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Effective communication skills
