Fulfillment Operations Team Leader

The Fulfillment Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, ensuring guest experience commitments, and driving fulfillment goals. The role involves planning department daily/weekly workload, process improvements, and leading a team of team members, including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Effective communication skills
