Starting as a Guest Advocate or General Merchandise and Fulfillment team member, this role involves working in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent guest service and support business goals. You will learn and adapt to current technology and processes, and work independently and with a team to resolve guest questions and maintain a welcoming store environment. Key responsibilities include accurately handling cash register operations, stocking and selling Target products, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
