Target is seeking a Seasonal Guest Advocate for non-small format locations. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, executing daily/weekly workload, and delivering sales goals. The ideal candidate has a welcoming and helpful attitude, learns and adapts to technology, and works independently and with a team. Accurate cash handling, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 pounds are also required.
