The Target+ Marketplace team is looking for a collaborative, energetic and guest-centric Marketplace Senior New Business Development Manager, Acquisition to join our team! This is an ideal position for a sales-oriented self-starter who is looking to take ownership of new business goals for a product pyramid on the Target+ Marketplace platform.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketplaces and/or merchandising OR 4+ years of experience in sales/business development roles required.
- Experience managing corporate contracts including facilitating legal, operational and/or financial terms and policies required.
- Experience negotiating complex business agreements.
- Strong communication skills, both internal and externally facing, across all levels of an organization required.
- Experience managing a wide pipeline of external prospective vendors/business partners strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Salescloud experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex go-to-market sourcing strategies based off financial and profitability goals preferred.
- Strong project management skills are preferred.
