Senior Marketplace New Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships

The Senior Marketplace New Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships will drive the growth of Marketplace through Strategic Partnerships, owning the end-to-end Agency and Strategic Partner program, and leading structured onboarding programs. The role requires developing and executing acquisition strategies, designing scalable enablement resources, and leading training sessions to drive engagement and productivity.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketplaces and/or merchandising or 4+ years of experience in sales/business development roles
• Experience managing corporate contracts, including facilitating legal, operational, and/or financial terms and policies
• Experience negotiating complex business agreements
• Strong communication skills, both internal and externally facing, across all levels of an organization
