Specialty Sales Team Leader

The Specialty Sales Team Leader is responsible for delivering guest experience commitments, leading teams, and prioritizing the guest experience. The role involves planning daily/weekly workload, executing best practices, and ensuring product is available and easy to shop. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and helpful attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
