The Specialty Sales Team Leader is a leadership role that involves leading a team of hourly team members and delivering guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. The role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, effective communication skills, and the ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment. The team leader will be responsible for planning daily/weekly workload, executing sales plans, events, and promotions, and holding team members accountable to expectations.
