Job Description
The Sr. Analyst Site Merchandising Category, Food & Beverage role is responsible for elevating Target's in-store experience to the digital space, driving engagement across Target.com and the Target app. The position requires a strong analytical and technical acumen, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role is crucial in translating business objectives into actionable site merchandising tactics that enhance the digital shopping experience.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of e-commerce experience (Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue-generating mindset
- Must have strong technical acumen, curiosity and passion for customer experience
- Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution
- High level of initiative, accountability and organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty and changing directions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics in addition to site metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to varying levels of leadership
