Sr Engineer

Target is seeking a Sr Engineer to join its HR Product Engineering team in Bengaluru. As a specialist in application architecture, you will contribute to designing and implementing robust and scalable systems, collaborating with peers, and contributing to product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, 4-year degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong domain knowledge and awareness of technology capabilities in the industry
• Proficiency in multiple open-source programming languages
• Experience building custom solutions
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Orchestration, Prism, Extend, XSLT, Workday Reports, and Security Model
• Ability to design testing strategies and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in core development platforms within your domain
• Ability to build strong team commitment toward shared priorities
• Clear communication of Agile concepts within the product team
• Understanding of the impact of your work on team outcomes and guest experience
• Ability to deliver high-performance, scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
• Experience applying data standards, policies, and procedures
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
