Sr Engineer - Endpoint Security

The Sr Engineer - Endpoint Security role is responsible for developing and enhancing applications used to keep endpoints secure at Target. The team is focused on innovation, fast problem-solving, and a culture of inclusion. The successful candidate will use Agile and DevOps delivery methods to improve endpoint security and work closely with partner teams.

Requirements

• BS Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience in one of the following programing languages/frameworks: Java, Spring, Kotlin
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Designs new testing methods and resolves routine and non-routine technical issues with minimal assistance
• Collaborative mindset centered on team goals
• Clearly communicates Agile concepts to partners within product team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest or background in security helpful, but not a requirement
