Style Team Leader

The Style Team Leader is responsible for delivering guest experience commitments, leading a team of hourly team members, and executing sales goals and guest engagement. The role involves planning daily/weekly workload, executing visual merchandising, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The Style Team Leader is expected to model the execution of physical security processes, support merchandise protection strategies, and demonstrate inclusivity. The role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
