Job Description
As the BIM Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day BIM operations for a project team, working with production staff, project manager, consultant, and trade partners to implement workflows and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and experience as a BIM Coordinator on a multi-person project is required.
- Minimum 5 years of Revit experience required.
- Basic knowledge of programs such as DRofus, Dynamo, Enscape and CTC Tools are a benefit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional experience in BIM coordination and implementation.
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
