Bookkeeper

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online for Canadian companies
• Full cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations of bank and sub-ledger accounts
• Familiar with or willing to learn payroll services for clients
• Prepare GST/HST, PST, WCB, T4 and/or T5 returns
• Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience is an asset, preferably with a Canadian public practice firm
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
