Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer will provide leadership and management of the finance and accounting team, as well as strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
Requirements
- CPA or equivalent experience
- Capital and Public Market experience
- Experience in a Senior leadership position
- Experience with corporate governance
- Experience leading a financial/ Accountant team in a publicly traded company
- Experience in both the buy and sell side of M&A
