Job Description
We are a Vancouver-based sustainability advisory firm seeking an ESG Lead to develop and deliver ESG strategies that drive real business and environmental impact. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ESG strategy or sustainability reporting and a deep familiarity with ESG frameworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years in ESG strategy or sustainability reporting
- Deep familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB)
- Understanding of corporate sustainability, risk, and regulatory disclosure
- Experience with ESG data management systems and analysis
- Strong communication for both technical and executive audiences
- Proven success implementing ESG programs or advisory roles
- Excellent project management and leadership capability
