Our client is looking for an attorney who is passionate about immigration and helping our clients navigate complex regulations to gain life-changing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney
- Experience in both non-immigrant filings (O-1, H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-3, E-2, etc.) and immigrant filings (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, I-485, etc.)
- Experience directly working with Paralegals and/or Immigration Specialists at a high-volume business immigration practice
- Experience building processes and templates
