Principal

Our client is looking for a Principal to help grow the company's impact and deliver impactful work that creates tangible, lasting change for happier, healthier, and more inclusive cities.

Requirements

• 15-20+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects in community design, land use policy, and/or public space
• Knowledge and expertise in the development and planning process, particularly in British Columbia
• Strong technical planning and design capacity
• Leadership and strategic guidance on how to make impactful change in cities
• Demonstrated ability to nurture relationships and business development opportunities
• Deep care and track record in making positive change for wellbeing, equity, and health in cities
