Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator with 10+ years of experience in contract administration within the architecture or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of contract law, building technology, and construction methodology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in contract administration within the architecture or construction industry
- Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture
- Strong knowledge of contract law, building technology/assemblies, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fully versed in the Ontario, or B.C Building Code and have experience with large-scale institutional buildings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage time, deadlines, and deliverables
- Self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and interested in growing with the firm
