We are looking for a full-time Systems Administrator to be part of our client's team in Kitchener. The Systems Administrator position covers all aspects of the business operations, and is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Windows System Administration experience
- 2+ Years Linux System Administration experience
- Strong understanding of network and storage fundamentals
- Strong understanding of monitoring software
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA or MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs
- HyperV, VMware or equivalent certification in relevant programs
- Experience managing enterprise virtualized environments in HyperV or VMware
- Experience managing enterprise scale email deployments
- Experience administrating Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience deploying and managing NAS and SAN storage environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus for experience in an MSP environment
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
