We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level team member to join us as a Menu Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you'll review and audit digital restaurant menus to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Review and audit digital restaurant menus before they are published to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Catch and fix typos, formatting issues, or inconsistencies in menu data.
- Use internal tools to validate menu entries, pricing, categories, and item-level details.
- Collaborate with Menu Operations, Implementation, and Customer Support teams to resolve menu discrepancies quickly.
- Continuously flag patterns or trends in quality issues to improve team workflows.
- Contribute to our quality standards documentation and propose process improvements.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly quality control checklists with a high level of accountability.
- Help uphold Tarro's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
