Job Description
The BL Project Manager will support the completion of project activities, monitor progress, manage project interfaces, and ensure contractor compliance. This role involves project planning, supervision of ESCOs, and providing support for post-retrofit implementations. Project management support is also included.
Requirements
- Support the contract in completion of planned project activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed on time.
- Manage all project internal and external interfaces.
- Prepare and issue weekly progress reports.
- Prepare periodic slides for executive management presentation.
- Support Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project review.
- Compile inputs to prepare project planning reports.
- Support in supervising the ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.
- Support in the Project Manager in managing the relationship with the Government entity.
- Support the supervision of O&M services provided.
- Post-retrofit support
