Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Development Associate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development programs, providing coaching and mentoring to employees, and analyzing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, training, or HR
