tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. The ideal candidate is a force of nature who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for tarte products, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
