Senior Coordinator, Production Planning

The Senior Coordinator, Production Planning is responsible for developing a 12-month production plan for finished goods and components, aligned with Demand Planning forecasts and safety stock targets to ensure optimal inventory levels. This role is highly analytical and focused on SKU-level planning, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or a related field (cosmetics/beauty industry preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Ability to develop and execute both short- and long-term plans aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrates strong business judgment and high ethical standards
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
• Strong listening skills with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude
