Wholesale Operations Coordinator

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will provide operational support for one or more Key Wholesale account(s) and manage end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with export/import regulations, regional requirements, and account-specific guidelines.

Requirements

• Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery
• Maintain operational relationship between Tarte and wholesale account(s)
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates regarding order status
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align supply chain and channel allocation
• Actively engage with international field teams and regional managers
• Coordinate with international retail partners to schedule pick-ups
• Ensure account contractual obligations are met
• Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in a timely manner
