The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will provide operational support for one or more Key Wholesale account(s), managing end-to-end order fulfillment and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years Operations Management/Customer Service/Supply Chain experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Navision or any other ERP system experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Ability to multitask
- Works well under pressure, possesses a sense of urgency, can prioritize tasks as needed, and adhere to deadlines
