Job Description
Work in New Zealand's largest hospitals as a Pathology Registrar in Microbiology. The role involves rotations through world-renowned teaching hospitals in Auckland, with a focus on training and career advancement. The position is a 6-month run with the option to rotate into a different run. The ideal candidate is a House Officer in their second year or above, with academic achievement and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Be in your second year as a House Officer (PGY2) and above
- Have demonstrated academic achievement and an interest in pathology
- Have demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a team member and to relate successfully with other staff at all levels
- An understanding of the concepts of a client-focused service
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
