Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist for Investigations & Case Management to conduct internal investigations and oversee employee relations cases, maintaining consistent application of company policy and ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and investigations
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and fact-finding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
