Requirements
- Reports and Analytics: Generate compliance reports, provide analysis, and run ad hoc and standard reports for compliance systems.
- User Management: Ensure roster is up-to-date, assign users correct access and permissions, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Course and Content Management: Conduct testing, set up course pages, and ensure details are properly documented and up-to-date.
- Site Management: Configure, maintain, and continuously improve tools, dashboards, apps, plugins, etc.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Interact with developers, stakeholders, and learners to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to system-related issues.
- Research and Analysis: Regularly search and discover basic skills, stay abreast of latest trends, and share with the team.
