Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day business operations, manage client relationships, and drive performance management and employee retention. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of managing supervisors in the call center environment, BPO experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- B2 English Level or Higher
- Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus
- One plus year of client management experience
- Bachelor degree in business administration or management (nice to have)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
