Job Description
As a People First Strategist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the design and oversight of HRIS initiatives in support of the organization's goals and practices. You will work collaboratively with HR, Corporate Applications, Finance and Payroll to ensure the integrity of the HR system.
Requirements
- AB/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience, preferably with HRIS management experience or a related field
- Strong experience in evaluating system options, managing data integrity, and leading projects to optimize utilization
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills especially with system implementations
