Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns, manage and staff the operations assigned, and develop individual & team goals and implement a plan to carry out objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Experience in being a Senior Manager/Director specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent
• Handled at least 600 FTEs
• Strong computer skills, especially in using MS Office applications and Google applications
• Responsible and has a good track record of meeting and delivering targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Multitasking and working in a fast-paced high-stress environment
• Leading and analyzing situations and data
• Building productive business relationships with clients
• Strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills
• Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude
